On-property release when lawful
Whenever lawful and practical, Jensons favors solutions that allow an animal to remain on or be released on the property where it was captured after necessary exclusion or repairs are completed. Kentucky imposes species-specific release, transport and holding rules, so not every animal or situation can be handled the same way.
